Traditional fare including regional specialities from Spreewald Forest, such as creamy quark with potatoes and linseed oil or knuckle of pork in aspic, is served at the country restaurant right next to the stream. Further dishes include pan-cooked delicacies such as pork tenderloin or beef steaks, as well as venison and fish dishes. For dessert, guests can enjoy the typical regional yeast pancakes called Plinse.
A total of 50 guests can sit in the cosy dining area with its dark wooden beams, and on warm days also under the sunshades on the summer terrace right in front of the building. From here you can enjoy views of the stream and the punting boat landing stage. The operators are happy to arrange for punting tours starting at the restaurant.
