Modern interpretations of traditional Spreewald dishes are served at the restaurant ‘Hafenstübchen’ with its cosy dining area and outdoor terrace with solid wooden benches. Guests can experience the flair of life in Spreewald Forest in the idyllic location next to the ‘Waldschlösschen’ harbour.
Culinary treats that await the guests include sweet temptations from grandma’s recipe collection, such as many varieties of home-made ‘Plinse’ pancakes and typical regional snacks, such as gherkin soup, ragout, or baked feta cheese for anyone preferring vegetarian food. Those with a bigger appetite can choose from the menu of fish and meat dishes, such as the harbour schnitzel. A wide range of hot and cold drinks is served along with meals, as well as to guests stopping by for a break in the afternoon.
Up to 40 people will find room in the indoor and outdoor areas.
