Restaurant at Hotel Fiedermannhof

Typical Spreewald cuisine made with traditional regional recipes is served at the hotel restaurant. Guests can also enjoy new culinary ideas. The menu is adjusted depending on the season and the regional ingredients available, so guests can always discover the latest creations.
The dining areas are furnished plainly, yet invitingly, using light colours. The conservatory is flooded with light, and in the colder part of the year a fire is lit in the fireside lounge. On fair days, additional seating is available under the big sunshades in the green courtyard. The granary with its dark wooden beams and rustic flair is available for special occasions.
