Traditional craft fruit brandies are made at the farmyard distillery in Burg, using ingredients such as walnuts, wild raspberries, pumpkins and hazelnuts, as well as fruits such as pears, cherries, apples and mirabelles. The product range also includes liqueurs in various flavours such as elderberry and raspberry. Last but not least, the distillery also produces award winning single malt whisky. All products are available for sale at the quaint farm premises.
Freshly baked cake and coffee made using an Italian portafilter machine are served in the coffee garden at the weekends. Guests are seated among the fruit trees of the farm.
Tours are available for groups of ten to 20 people, who are interested in learning about the distillery process and tasting brandies and liqueurs.
