The reception building of the natural and romantic campsite on the shore of Lake Briesensee is also home to the tourist information centre. Guests can come here to get information about Spreewald Forest and individual advice for suitable destinations for days out and activities in the region. By request, the information material can also be sent in the mail.
Further services available on site include bicycle and e-bike rental, and pedal boats and stand up paddle boards are also available for rent. Fishing permits are also sold at the tourist information centre.
