Brauhaus Babben Brewery

At the little brewery in the heart of the old town, guests can taste the local ‘Lübbenauer Babbenbier’ and watch the beer being brewed. Dunkel Spezial, Pilsner, Märzen (while in season), Maibock, Weizen and Bockbier are served in a rustic and homely atmosphere. All beers on offer are unfiltered and unpasteurised to ensure that all flavourings remain intact. Fine brandies known as ‘Spreewaldgeister’ are also produced in the on-site distillery, using unusual ingredients such as wild hops and horseradish.
The dining area with its rustic wooden beams is the perfect place to make a toast and enjoy a good drink. Additional outdoor seating is available in the courtyard on fair days.
